Aspinwall Riverside Housing Community

Description

This project proposes the placement of a housing community to be placed on the Aspinwall riverside. The layout of the adjoining housing systems was established using a grid system, and the same grid system was applied to the entire site to be able to place more adjoining housing systems.

The design integrates residential buildings with gardens, green spaces, and tree-lined pathways, creating a cohesive community along the river. The modular grid approach allows the community to be scaled and adapted while maintaining a consistent spatial organization.
